HarveyMed is a community of medical students working to make the Harvey Course even better. From clinical workshops and ultrasound education to study resources and social events, we help students connect, learn, and grow together.
What we do
At HarveyMed, we create opportunities that help Harvey Course students grow academically, clinically, and socially. Our initiatives include:

Ultrasound Education

Anatomy Lab (1st Year): Using ultrasound to make anatomy learning hands-on and engaging.

Clinical Years Program: Peer-to-peer tutoring in clinical ultrasound skills.

Curriculum Development: Working to integrate ultrasound and point-of-care (POCUS) teaching into the Harvey Course.

Seminars & Academic Events

Subject-focused seminars led by students and experts.

Life after Med School: Insights into career paths and opportunities.

Grand Rounds: Bringing clinical practice to campus through English-language case discussions with hospital teams.

Clinical Skills & Workshops

Patient visits (semiotics).

Essential skills workshops: CPR, Stop the Bleed, and more.

Study Resources & Support

Since 2019, we’ve been writing, editing, and publishing Harvey Course study notes.
